Our basement and new bathroom look beautiful, and when our upstairs bath was leaking through the walls, we did not hesitate to have Ira and his crew re-do our upstairs shower and did not go looking for other estimates. Ira made me feel at ease by informing me of the up-to-date licenses his company had. As a new tenant/home owner in this building, the last thing I wanted was to cause any damage to the homes below me. I felt comfortable that should anything occur, I was covered. That was the start. The next thing that made me feel at ease, was that Ira worked with my designer and I, as far as timing. I had to wait for certain things to be done before his crew could complete their work.
